Quality control assistant

Job Description

• Monitors and inspects raw materials, in-process food production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and food safety regulations.
• Conducts standard tests, checks packaging integrity, and identifies any defects or contamination.
• Re-QC: Specifically focuses on re-evaluating held, returned, or reworked items to determine if they meet commercial standards.
• Inspects the end-of-line packaging process, specifically focusing on the quality and integrity of shrink-wrapped bundles, cases, or pallets.
• Ensures that shrink-wrap machines apply heat and tension correctly so that products are tightly secured and safe from contamination or transit damage.
• Flags and isolates bundles that are poorly sealed, burnt, or loosely wrapped.

• MALE only, up to 45 years old.
• At least High School Graduate (preference for vocational or college-level backgrounds in food tech/science, but open to strong candidates).
• With or without experience in food production QC.
• Must be physically fit and willing to undergo full medical examinations.
• NO VISIBLE TATTOO/S (highly strict due to food safety and hygiene protocols).
• High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Must have complete requirements ready for immediate deployment processing
