Accounts Payable Senior Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and payments under the guidance of senior team

• Ensure invoices are accurately matched with purchase orders and receipts.
• Help prepare reports related to accounts payable, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Support the reconciliation of the accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting

• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years working experience in Accounts Payable.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of accounting and finance.
