E-Commerce Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective customers to introduce the company's products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and customer outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Manage customer inquiries received through e-commerce platforms, email, phone, chat, and social media.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Monitor and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory information on e-commerce platforms.
- Assist in developing and implementing online sales and marketing campaigns.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, sales, telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in conducting outbound sales calls and lead generation activities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, or Amazon is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
