Inventory Controller

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Controller to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, monitoring stock movements, and supporting financial reporting through proper inventory control and reconciliation processes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliation (physical vs. system)
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
• Prepare inventory reports for management and finance use
• Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements (inbound and outbound)
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams
• Assist in periodic and annual inventory audits
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged stocks
• Support inventory valuation and costing processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, accounting, or supply chain
• Experience in ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
