Demonstrated experience leading physical security operations with strong investigative and intelligence capabilities, including CCTV and access control monitoring, threat detection, incident analysis, escalation, and loss prevention. Skilled in generating actionable intelligence reports, supporting fact-finding and case development, and coordinating information flow across field units, vendors, and senior management.

Proven ability to enforce operational compliance, communication protocols, and reporting standards, backed by crisis response, business continuity exposure, and formal security leadership and technical training suited for an investigation- and intelligence-driven function.
Any Bachelor’s degree related to Information Technology, Criminology, Security Management, Intelligence Studies, or related field, preferably complemented by training or certifications in investigations, intelligence analysis, physical security technologies, CCTV and alarm systems, risk assessment, analytics, or crisis management.Technical background in IT is advantageous for systems-driven investigations, surveillance technologies, and intelligence support functions.
Strong investigative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret surveillance data, assess risk indicators, and produce actionable intelligence. Proficient in surveillance systems, access control platforms, alarm technologies, and security operations tools.Skilled in incident reconstruction, reporting, case documentation, and coordination with operations and field units. Requires strong communication, stakeholder coordination, decision-making under pressure, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in IT-based systems, data analysis, or digital tools is an advantage.
Must demonstrate integrity, discretion, and sound judgment; possess leadership and coordination skills; and be able to work in a fast-paced, risk-driven environment. Experience in banking security, or law enforcement, electronic security systems, is an advantage, along with willingness to conduct field validations and investigative follow-through.With advanced security trainings.
