Security Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Security Manager to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all security operations and leading a team of security professionals.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies and procedures to protect the company's assets, employees, and visitors
- Managing a team of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing appropriate security measures to mitigate potential threats
- Collaborating with local authorities and emergency services to ensure a coordinated response to security incidents
- Monitoring and reporting on security KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant security regulations and industry standards
- Investigating and resolving security-related incidents in a timely and effective manner
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a security management role, preferably within the Trades & Services industry
- Thorough understanding of security principles, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in risk assessment and threat analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with relevant security regulations and industry standards
