Posted on 21 May 2025The primary function of the position is to process (data entry) documentation received from vendors as it pertains to their respective clients. Documentation refers to insurance certificates, insurance endorsements, W-9’s, licenses, and vendor agreements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: Key insurance data into the Compliance application daily for both global & PS clients
Review data input for accuracy/completenessMeet minimum quantity per hour requirements of 6 JPH for global clients
Meet minimum quality standards of 98.5%
Reindex/Classify documents as needed
Able to use the WebApp as needed independently
Provide support for corporate and licensing jobs as needed
Attend Property Specific training within 3 months of reaching minimum global client expectations
Report system issues such as bugs, latency or outages in a timely fashion
Other responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis by management including but not limited to outbound email/phone campaigns, internet research, etc.
