We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) team in Pasay City. As a BFSI Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries related to banking and financial services through voice support channels.
Your responsibilities include assisting customers with account-related concerns, providing information about financial products and services, processing eligible requests, and ensuring that all interactions comply with company policies and data privacy standards.

You will be expected to resolve concerns efficiently, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting established quality and productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to banking and financial service accounts.
- Provide accurate information regarding account services, transactions, and general product inquiries.
- Assist customers in resolving account-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions and updates accurately in the system.
- Adhere to security protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies when handling sensitive customer information.
- Meet performance metrics, including quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction standards.
- At least 6 months of call center experience (CCE).
- High School or Senior High School graduate.
- B2 level English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
