Accounts Receivable Specialist ?
What You'll Do:
✔️ Collections: Manage and maintain accounts receivable for our business clients.✔️ Dispute Management: Investigate and resolve billing disputes using technical skills.
✔️ Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities, client interactions, and payment agreements.
✔️ Communication: Work closely with internal teams. Interact professionally with corporate clients and ensure smooth transactions.
✔️ General Support: Assist with other accounting duties as assigned to ensure smooth financial operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
- Collections experience (B2B collections, accounts receivable, or a related role.)
- Willing to work graveyard shift.
- With one to two years experience in Accounts Receivables.
- Experienced working in a BPO environment.
- Proficient in using MS Office and other related computer applications. Knowledgeable in Excel Formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can be trusted with confidential information.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different tools and platforms.
- Must have a computer/laptop and a strong internet connection at home to facilitate online screening and work-from-home arrangements when hired.
