Virtual Assistant (Marketing & Design)

We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our fast-paced digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple clients, and loves blending creativity with execution.

• Content Creation & Design
• Create engaging social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
• Assist in designing website layouts, wireframes, and mockups in Figma.
• AI-Powered Marketing Support
• Use AI tools for social media content ideation, caption generation, and content scheduling.
• Research trends and help create high-performing campaigns using AI.
• Copywriting & Content Writing
• Write compelling copy for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain brand consistency across multiple clients.
• Client & Project Management Support
• Manage multiple client accounts and marketing assets simultaneously.
• Keep track of deliverables, deadlines, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal team members and provide updates on progress.

• Strong skills in Canva (must be able to create polished, on-brand content).
• Experience with Figma (basic to intermediate for web design).
• Excellent copywriting, content writing, and editing skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools for marketing and productivity.
• Proven ability to work with digital marketing agencies, ad/media agencies, or similar environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands/clients at once.
• Go-getter, self-starter, highly motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible part time position 10-20 hours a week.
