Account Specialist-Bicol

• Serve as the primary contact, building strong, trusting bonds with key accounts.
• Identify new opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell products/services.
• Develop and execute account strategies to meet client goals and company targets.
• Address and resolve complaints and issues promptly.
• Oversee internal and external account budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with a focus on managing local key accounts.
• Strong sales negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and successfully close deals.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and other data analysis tools.
• Assigned area: Bicol Region
