Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving online sales and brand growth through strategic paid advertising and e-commerce campaign management. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across key digital platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
As a performance-driven role, Digital Marketing Specialist will manage end-to-end paid media campaigns, support marketplace and website sales, and lead TikTok livestream selling initiatives. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
This role requires close collaboration with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to ensure alignment of campaigns, promotions, and product launches, ultimately contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Paid Advertising Management
- Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Monitor daily performance metrics including ROAS, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates
- Scale high-performing campaigns and optimize underperforming ads
- Manage retargeting strategies and lookalike audience campaigns
- E-commerce Campaign Management
- Handle campaigns across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and brand websites
- Execute Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Solutions, and marketplace advertising campaigns
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to align promotions and campaign timing
- Optimize product listings to improve ad performance and conversions
- TikTok Livestream & Social Commerce
- Manage TikTok Live selling campaigns and overall livestream strategy
- Coordinate livestream schedules, hosts, and product features
- Drive traffic through TikTok Ads and sponsored placements
- Monitor livestream performance, engagement, and conversion results
- Recommend strategies to increase viewership, engagement, and sales
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze ad spend versus sales performance to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Track KPIs and recommend data-driven strategies to improve ROI and growth
- Monitor overall e-commerce performance and campaign impact
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams for campaign execution
- Suggest content ideas for ads, promotions, and livestream selling
- Support brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations
- Proven experience in:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- E-commerce Ads / Sponsored Solutions
- Hands-on experience in TikTok Live, social commerce, and marketplace ads (required)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills
- Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce industries is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with strong focus on sales and performance outcomes
- Knowledge of Facebook Pixel and Conversion API
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Experience with Shopee and Lazada Sponsored Ads
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and live selling operations
- Strong background in ROAS optimization and performance marketing strategies
