Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Does administrative work for the client based in the United States of America
  • Reach out to potential clients by phone and email
  • Schedules appointments and conducts follow-ups

Qualifications:

  • Above average written and verbal English Communication Skills
  • Amenable to work Mondays to Fridays between 9am-1pm Pacific Time (PST) [which would be around Tuesdays to Saturdays at 12mn to 4am in Philippine Time]
  • Preferably experienced in American Real Estate, but those with experience in Real Estate are welcome to apply
  • Able to work independently
  • Preferably experienced with CRM
