Sales Account Executive - LUZON

We are seeking results‑driven Sales Account Executives to manage and grow our client base nationwide. The role will cover the following areas with one headcount per location: NCR, Central Luzon, North Luzon, and South Luzon.

The ideal candidates have strong B2B sales experience and a proven track record in delivering innovative, high‑performance solutions within the building and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Sales Team, you will:

  • Develop and manage strong client relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and distributors nationwide.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic territory planning, effective lead generation, and consistent follow-through on opportunities.
  • Contribute to sustainable business growth by promoting construction solutions that reduce structural weight and environmental impact, without compromising strength or quality.
  • Collaborate within a diverse and inclusive team environment that values professionalism, continuous improvement, and shared success.
Qualifications
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in the construction sales industry
  • Experience not limited to real estate, sales engineering, or related sales roles
  • Strong project-closing strategies and proven negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated to meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow established work schedules
  • Team-oriented, assertive, and goal-driven
  • Willing to travel outside Cebu for client meetings, presentations, mockups, and project site visits
Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients
  • Promote products and services to both new and existing customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and quotations with the goal of maximizing sales and profitability
  • Respond to client inquiries, provide solutions, and introduce relevant products and services
  • Organize site visits, establish new accounts, and conduct saturation or outbound calls
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records using a CRM system (Monday.com)
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry meetings
  • Prepare sales forecasts to support the achievement of monthly and annual targets
  • Review and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports using a sales scoreboard or reporting tool
