Position Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, overseeing seamless event registration, and coordinating client needs with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and maximize business opportunities.

Specific Job Duties
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client goals and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g, marketing, product, operations, business development) to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction, functioning as a project manager to align deliverables and timelines.
  • Work with the Growth and Incubation team to support client onboarding, contract renewals, and new project opportunities.
  • Coordinate marketing-related activities involving client presentations, onboarding sessions, and online registration collection, ensuring clients clearly understand platform features, processes, and value propositions.
  1. Account Growth
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services based on client needs and usage patterns.
  • Partner with management and internal teams to strategize account expansion initiatives using customer feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Finalize contracts to secure new projects and strengthen client partnerships.
  1. Communication & Project Coordination
  • Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal departments to relay product updates, promotions, and company news.
  • Gather detailed project requirements and event specifications, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate cost estimates; manage timelines and follow-ups with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular status meetings or check-ins to review client satisfaction, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth project progression.
  1. Payment Agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of payment agreements, due dates, and any custom arrangements.
  • Collaborate with clients to create flexible payment plans when needed.
  • Coordinate with finance and clients to send timely remittances and monitor outstanding balances.
  1. Event Attendance
  • Attend events to manage and supervise onsite registration processes and support staff.
  • Ensure all administrative and operational requirements are met in real time during events.
  • Act as the on-ground liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing immediate needs and resolving issues as they arise.
Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in account management is highly preferred.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to balance client needs with company objectives effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
