As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team.

This role sits within a global marketing function and is focused on coordination, systems accuracy, and operational support—ensuring projects, communications, and processes run smoothly across teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring systems and processes are maintained with accuracy and efficiency.

Project Coordination
  • Support the Global Marketing Operations Manager in coordinating projects and timelines
  • Create, update, and track tasks in Wrike to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Monitor progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate cross-regional activities to maintain alignment and delivery
Operations & Marketing Support
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of communications, including email campaigns
  • Support the coordination of key projects such as quarterly publications and campaigns
  • Help manage the review and approval process for internal and external materials
  • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
Systems & Reporting
  • Manage daily queries and inbox communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy across systems and platforms
  • Assist in generating reports (e.g., time tracking, project status, performance metrics)
  • Contribute to process improvements and problem-solving discussions
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, procedures, and resources
  • Support website/product updates and system maintenance tasks
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Wrike or similar)
  • Familiarity with marketing or automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Magento) is a plus
  • Strong data handling and reporting capability
