Accounting Manager (CPA)

Role overview

The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a growing network of dialysis centers based in Makati City, ensuring accurate financial reporting, tight internal controls, and full compliance with Philippine tax and regulatory requirements.

• Manage general accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise accounting staff and improve internal controls, processes, and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate audits and support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

• Must be a CPA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, with supervisory or managerial exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and Philippine compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems; detail-oriented and organized.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work onsite in Makati City.
