Finance Officer

Adarna House is in need of a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Officer to oversee the company's day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily financial transactions and accounting activities.
• Monitoring budget utilization and preparing budget monitoring reports.
• Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Record adjusting journal entries and performing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Preparing and submitting government reportorial requirements, including filings with the BIR, SEC, and LGUs.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Assisting in maintaining accurate financial records and support audit requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (BSA).
• At least 3 years of experience in general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, account reconciliations, and accounting processes.
• Experience in preparing government regulatory reports (BIR, SEC, and LGU) is required.
• Experience using NetSuite is an advantage.
• Knowledge of branch accounting is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
