Job Summary:

This role plays a crucial part in bridging communication between sellers, clients, and internal departments to ensure a seamless and productive workflow.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales/order processing tools is a strong advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across email, chat, and phone.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
