Sales Events Coordinator

The Sales Events Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and monitoring of national sales events. The role involves working closely with various internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely execution of sponsorships, activations, and event logistics.
The coordinator ensures compliance with corporate guidelines while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Event Coordination & Logistics- Monitor and track the implementation of all approved sponsorships and activations, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers, IMC, Publishing, Procurement, and external suppliers for timely requisition and delivery of event materials.
- Ensure all event requirements (venue, accommodation, transportation, giveaways, etc.) are secured in advance. 4. Process and monitor payments for all approved sponsorships and activations, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain a central repository of important documents and reports related to all executed events. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and process all necessary event documentation, including:
- Budget Requests
- Event Synopsis & Content Briefs
- Vehicle & Accommodation Requests
- Supplier Contracts & Payments
- Compile and consolidate monitoring reports for easy tracking of event status and updates.
- Prepare Post-Event Evaluation Reports to analyze execution effectiveness and provide insights for future events. General Support & Compliance
- Ensure all event activities align with corporate policies and budget guidelines.
- Assist in tracking event-related expenses to maintain cost efficiency.
- Support the sales team in organizing materials and ensuring smooth on-ground execution during events.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the National Sales Manager from time to time.
Job Qualification
Education:
College Graduate Graduate of Marketing, Hospitality and Event Management, Communications, Project
Management
Experience(s):
At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, sales support, or project management.
Specific Knowledge:
Familiarity with event planning tools, budgeting, supplier coordination, and basic financial processing.
