We're hiring an HR Assistant!

Role Description:

Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

• Support end-to-end recruitment by sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates.
• Conduct employee onboarding, including orientation and pre-employment processing.
• Maintain and update employee records, job descriptions, and HR databases.
• Assist with employee life cycle tasks such as contract preparation, regularization, and exit processing.
• Perform background checks, administer evaluations, and handle other HR-related administrative duties.

This role is a great fit for you if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or similar discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a related administrative role or internship experience in HR
• Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Plaridel Bulacan
