About the role

PTC Commercial Corporation is seeking a talented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Tondo, Manila City. As a full-time position, the HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assisting with the coordination of employee onboarding, training, and offboarding processes
  • Answering employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related policies and procedures
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and information in our HR information system
  • Supporting the preparation of HR reports and presentations as needed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience
What we're looking for
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements in the Philippines
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
