1. Assist in preparing project plans, technical drawings, and reports.
2. Support senior engineers in reviewing blueprints, specifications, and site requirements.
3. Help estimate project costs and prepare budgets.
4. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
5. Ensure compliance with Deed of Restrictions (DOR), local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
6. Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for higher management.
7. Assist in project scheduling and procurement of materials.

1. Support on-site supervision to ensure that the company and our tenants follow DOR, design plans, and safety standards.
2. Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks.
3. Assist in solving technical issues and improving site operations.
4. Monitor project progress and report to senior engineers.
5. Enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
6. Liaise with laborers, subcontractors, and site managers for smooth execution.

1. Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
2. Two (2) years of experience in the construction, land development, or leasing industry is an advantage. But fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
4. Proficiency in Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Basic understanding of construction materials and methods.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
