Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
Design and develop plans for infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, drainage systems, buildings).
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and other project team members.
Ensure that projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Conduct site inspections, evaluate progress, and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and reports.
Oversee the procurement of materials and resources for projects.
Provide technical support and solutions to address project challenges.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong project management, design, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
