Salary: Starting at $5 - $6 per hour
We are seeking a proactive, responsive, and highly communicative Client Success Specialist to ensure exceptional experiences and outcomes for our clients. This role is pivotal to managing client relationships, facilitating smooth onboarding, and driving follow-through across critical client touchpoints—from interviews to deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via Slack, email, phone, and text
- Maintain a polished, professional tone in all client-facing communications, aligned with the company voice
- Be readily accessible during business hours for urgent client needs and real-time collaboration
- Guide clients through onboarding processes and ensure all necessary information is gathered efficiently
- Conduct debriefing calls/meetings with participants prior to their interviews to ensure clarity, alignment, and preparedness
- Confirm client interviews and meetings, ensuring all participants are aligned on scheduling and expectations
- Follow up on pending communications to close loops and maintain momentum
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Client Success Officer and HR team to ensure smooth transitions, accurate records, and aligned expectations throughout the onboarding process
- Use Google Docs and internal tools to manage and update:
- Clients pending VARQ submissions
- Clients awaiting executive summaries
- Clients pending interview scheduling or confirmations
- Ensure all documentation is current and reflects real-time client status
- Draft, send, and manage client communications with clarity and professionalism
- Organize incoming emails, prioritize follow-ups, and ensure key items receive timely attention
- Support a steady and effective flow of communication between clients and internal teams
- Proven experience in client success, customer support, or account management roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and email management
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in addressing client needs
- Comfortable managing multiple client relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Must be accessible by phone during working hours
- Background in client onboarding, recruitment, or service delivery coordination
- Experience using Zoom, scheduling platforms, and CRM systems
- Prior involvement in a startup or remote work environment is a plus
- Reliable desktop or laptop computer
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Noise-canceling headset
- Functional webcam for virtual meetings
- Quiet and professional home office setup
- Willing to undergo a background check (NBI or local police clearance)
- Comfortable participating in video meetings
- No concurrent employment during scheduled work hours
