As Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll develop content strategies, oversee execution, and ensure our brand shines across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—with a dedicated team to bring your vision to life.
- Your Role
- Lead and guide an existing creatives team responsible for producing vertical versions for stories, reels, and shorts tailored to each platform.
- Oversee platform-specific content strategies:
- Facebook: announcements & short videos
- Instagram: branding & stories
- TikTok & Facebook: viral short clips
- YouTube: long-form videos and tutorials
- Ensure consistent branding in banners, profile photos, and video content across all channels.
- Manage content moderation and community engagement—responding to comments and enforcing guidelines responsibly.
- Drive content creation including company highlights, event schedules, product info, incentives, recognitions, trending memes, and inclusive holiday greetings.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and employees for fresh ideas while aligning with company values of inclusivity, fun, and reward.
- Proven social media leadership with experience managing creative teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and excellent brand management skills.
- Skilled in community management and content moderation.
- Creative, proactive, and aligned with an inclusive company culture.
