About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk & Technical Support Staff to join our team. This role will support day-to-day IT operations, ensuring seamless technical assistance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network concerns
  • Respond to service desk tickets and troubleshoot IT issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
  • Assist users with system access, email, and productivity tools
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in service desk or technical support is an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
