About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk & Technical Support Staff to join our team. This role will support day-to-day IT operations, ensuring seamless technical assistance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network concerns
- Respond to service desk tickets and troubleshoot IT issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
- Assist users with system access, email, and productivity tools
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in service desk or technical support is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
