Baliwag - Office Engineer

• Manage the subcontractor billing process, including verifying invoices against work completed and contractual terms.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and other stakeholders to verify the completion of work and approve General Contractor / Subcontractor invoices.
• Maintain a well-organized and accessible record of General Contractor / Subcontractor invoices, contracts, change orders, and related documents.
• Continuously monitor project expenditures, comparing them to the budget and identifying any cost overruns or discrepancies.
• Analyze budget variances to understand the reasons behind cost overruns or savings.
• Maintain and organize project documents, including drawings, blueprints, specifications, contracts, and permits.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and assist in adjusting schedules as needed.
• Handles estimate, proposals, and quotation for value engineering works.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Civil Engineer preferably a licensed civil engineer.
• Proven at least 1-2 years of work experience as Office Engineer or similar role
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Resilient and target-oriented
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other applications required in creating and submitting reports as well as project management tools
• Willing to be assigned in Baliuag, Bulacan
