Manage the subcontractor billing process, including verifying invoices against work completed and contractual terms.

Collaborate with Project Manager and other stakeholders to verify the completion of work and approve General Contractor / Subcontractor invoices.
Maintain a well-organized and accessible record of General Contractor / Subcontractor invoices, contracts, change orders, and related documents.
Continuously monitor project expenditures, comparing them to the budget and identifying any cost overruns or discrepancies.
Analyze budget variances to understand the reasons behind cost overruns or savings.
Maintain and organize project documents, including drawings, blueprints, specifications, contracts, and permits.
Monitor progress against project timelines and assist in adjusting schedules as needed.
Handles estimate, proposals, and quotation for value engineering works.
Graduate of Civil Engineer preferably a licensed civil engineer.
Proven at least 1-2 years of work experience as Office Engineer or similar role
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
Resilient and target-oriented
Knowledgeable in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other applications required in creating and submitting reports as well as project management tools
Willing to be assigned in Baliuag, Bulacan
