About the Role
We’re seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant with a background in property or strata management. This is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, proactive, and confident in handling client interactions, particularly with elderly clients.The EA will support day-to-day operations by managing schedules, communication channels, and essential documentation, ensuring the executive’s time and tasks are optimised.
About the Client
The client is a boutique strata management company committed to providing exceptional, personalised service to property owners and residents. With a strong focus on efficiency, communication, and client care, the client supports communities in maintaining well-managed, harmonious living environments.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- 1–2 years of experience in strata or property management
- Prior experience as a remote Executive Assistant or administrative support
- Strong customer service and phone handling skills, especially with elderly clients
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and task prioritisation
- Confident communicator who can be both polite and assertive
- Demonstrates initiative, is quick-thinking, and tech-savvy
- Proficient in tools such as OneDrive (for cloud-based document management), DocuSign, and Urbanise (or any similar strata/property management platform)
- Preferably onsite, but open to WFH candidates with the right experience.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, phone calls, emails, and appointments
- Maintain and organize the digital filing system using OneDrive
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Prepare, send, and follow up on DocuSign documents
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to set and confirm meetings.
