About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a General Virtual Assistant (Sales Closer) who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You’ll handle inbound sales calls, engage prospects with a natural and compelling pitch, and close high-ticket deals like a seasoned pro.Your ability to build trust quickly, showcase value, and create urgency will set you apart.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales closing, inbound sales, or with a proven track record of high-value deal closures
- Charismatic and energetic communication style that builds rapport instantly
- Strong sales pitch skills that feel natural, engaging, and persuasive
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently and hit targets
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and CRM management skills
- With conducive work space in your own home
- Take inbound calls from interested prospects and convert them into paying clients
- Deliver engaging and confident sales presentations and pitches
- Close sales efficiently, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to continuously refine messaging and improve close rates
