Digital Marketing Head - Global FMCG (Remote)

Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of digital marketing services, ensuring alignment with global strategies and market needs
- Develop and drive the global digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement
- Establish and standardize ways of working, including digital frameworks, playbooks, training, and onboarding programs to ensure consistent execution across markets
- Lead and develop a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous learning
- Partner with regional and local teams to identify opportunities, diagnose capability gaps, and design tailored digital solutions
- Oversee digital media planning and performance, maximizing ROI through data-driven optimization and advanced measurement practices
- Manage relationships with agencies, technology partners, and platforms to unlock scalable capabilities and drive value
- Ensure strong governance by upholding global standards, brand safety, and data privacy compliance across all initiatives
- Support integrated omnichannel strategies in collaboration with eCommerce, media, insights, and brand teams
- Monitor performance analytics, generate actionable insights, and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Build business cases and recommendations for digital investment, technology adoption, and capability expansion
- 8-10+ years of experience in digital marketing oreBusiness, preferably withinFMCG, agency, or shared services environments
- Strong leadership experience managing teams across regions or markets
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including paid, owned, and earned media
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex, matrix organizations
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in ROI measurement and performance optimization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
