Sales & Applications Specialist, MCS - VisMin New

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement action plans to achieve the annual sales budget for assigned territories.
• Create effective sales proposals to maximize sales potential for accounts.
• Convert competitor users to brand/products.
• Manage accounts by developing measurable growth plans to increase market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide basic clinical application support for pre- and post-sales of assigned portfolio.
• Identify and engage potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) based on product focus.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on engagement plans for KOLs.
• Plan and coordinate workshops and talks for continuous education of users.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• University degree in Optometry, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in the Ophthalmology equipment industry or medical device consumables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Strong team player.
• High customer and commercial orientation.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willing to do field-works and travel as necessary
