Recruitment Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment administration and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in offshore or shared services recruitment environments and be comfortable managing recruitment workflows, candidate coordination, and offer management processes.
Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment administration
- Offshore or shared services delivery experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment systems
- Knowledge of Learning-related Finance workflows and LMS platforms is preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
- Create job advertisements using approved templates
- Advertise and publish job openings across approved platforms
- Unpublish job ads and close roles once recruitment is completed
- Review candidate CVs and tag shortlisted applicants
- Schedule phone screenings with Hiring Managers and candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and availability with stakeholders
- Follow up with Hiring Managers regarding interview outcomes
- Ensure interview feedback is properly recorded in the system
- Obtain and validate offer details from Hiring Managers
- Ensure offers align with salary bands and role levels
- Generate offers in the system and coordinate approval workflows
- Send approved offers to candidates
- Manage offer acceptance and confirm final candidate details
- Initiate and monitor background checks
- Move successful candidates to “Hired” status upon completion of requirements
- Close filled requisitions and update candidate statuses accordingly
- Ensure all candidates are moved to their appropriate final status (rejected, talent pooled, transferred to another requisition, etc.)
