KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Tenant Sourcing and Field Canvassing: Actively identify and connect with corporate brands, local entrepreneurs, review centers, and BPO companies through field visits and networking activities within Mandaue and nearby areas.
• Site Walkthroughs: Conduct professional property presentations and guide prospective tenants through available premium units.
• Lease Negotiation: Handle rental discussions, fit-out periods, and lease terms to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Documentation and Processing: Prepare, organize, and monitor leasing documents including proposals, contracts, tenant requirements, and other related paperwork to ensure timely processing and compliance.
• Account Management: Coordinate tenant fit-out requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new tenants.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor leasing rates, industry trends, and local real estate developments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in commercial, office, or retail leasing. (Experience in the Cebu real estate market is highly preferred.)
• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills (English & Cebuano)
• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with the ability to handle different client personalities professionally.
• Pleasing personality with confidence and excellent presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Applicants must be residing within Mandaue City or willing to relocate.
• Must be willimg to conduct field canvassing, client meetings, and Saturday site viewings when necessary.
