Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Corporate Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across the organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the company hires employees who align with our culture, values, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate positions, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility as a top employer.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in [industry, e.g., tech, finance, healthcare, etc.].
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS) is a plus.
- Experience with diversity recruitment strategies.
