JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintains accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials
- Monitors stocks and ensure system balance matches physical inventory
- Tracks inventory movement (inbound, outbound, transfers)
- Encodes inventory transactions accurately in EXCEL, SAP, and Client's Dashboard)
- Files documents of Delivery Documents, Material Issuance, and Bincards
- Conducts physical counts (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Updates encoding of material delivery and daily pull outs
- Reports any issues and discrepancies between actual count and system records
- Other tasks that may assigned from time to time
- College graduate or completion of at least 2 years of college coursework.
- Less than one year of experience in inventory management or data encoding.
- Experience in warehouse inventory management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, with familiarity in SAP considered an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Able to perform inventory counts, update files, and manage documentation efficiently.
