Inventory clerk

About the role

We are seeking a professional Inventory Clerk to join our team. This full-time role is based in Ermita Manila and will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient management of our warehouse operations.

• Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and storage procedures are followed
• Monitor stock levels and identify any discrepancies or shortages, communicating with the procurement team as needed
• Assist with the management and organisation of the warehouse, including maintaining cleanliness and organisation of storage areas
• Provide support to the logistics and operations teams as required
• Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• At least 1 year experience in an inventory/purchasing or warehouse management role, preferably in the manufacturing and production industry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
• Proficient in using inventory management software and spreadsheet applications
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
