Accounting Supervisor

Work Arrangement: On-site

Schedule: Day Shift (Non-traditional shift: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM to overlap with US hours)

Salary: Php 30,000 to Php 40,000

About the Role:

We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor (CPA preferred) to perform general accounting functions, maintain financial records, and support financial reporting activities. This is a full-time on-site position based in Tuguegarao.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting functions including:

○ Recording of AP invoices and payments

○ Recording of sales entries

○ Recording of journal entries and month-end entries

○ Validation of cash deposits from bank

• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and GL accounts
• Prepare/review weekly and month-end accounting reports
• Prepare/review financial statements and reports according to schedule
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Complete special projects as necessary

Qualifications:

• Preferably CPA with 3–5 years of related experience
• Experience in public accounting and restaurant industry preferred
• Experience in a company with multiple locations preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Highly independent and also a strong team player
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Willing to adapt to a non-traditional work shift (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
