Job Description:We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Sales Director to support sales operations and marketing initiatives. This role combines sales leadership, business development, and marketing execution, with strong earning potential through commissions and sales overrides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and leading the sales team to achieve targets
- Support the planning and execution of sales strategies for projects
- Monitor sales performance and submit reports to management
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and partners
- Coordinate with marketing and project teams for aligned campaigns
- Conceptualize and oversee marketing paraphernalia (brochures, flyers, presentations, digital ads, etc.)
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
- Experience in marketing materials and branding is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
