Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)
Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools.

Qualifications/Requirements

Preferably with NCII in Construction Painting
Proven experience in industrial or construction painting.
Skilled in surface preparation, mixing paints, and applying using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
Familiar with different types of paints, primers, and coatings used in plant or industrial settings.
Ability to read and follow instructions, color codes, and safety labels.
Physically fit; able to work at heights, in confined spaces, or for extended periods.
Knowledgeable in safety procedures, especially in handling chemicals and flammable materials.
Willing to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays during shutdown.
Team player with attention to detail and neatness in work.

Must have the required NC certificates
Must have ON-HAND hard hat and Safety shoes
With Complete SSS, Pag-ibig, TIN and PhilHealth number.
