Position Purpose
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand generation and pipeline growth through integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels, website optimization, marketing automation, and field marketing programs. This role is highly hands-on and focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.The role manages marketing initiatives and campaigns rather than direct reports.
Job ResponsibilitiesDemand & Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive qualified lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, and website initiatives.
- Align marketing programs with sales priorities and account-based marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand demand generation through new channels, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels.
- Manage targeting, messaging, budgets, and campaign optimization to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Manage website performance improvements including landing pages, campaign pages, and user journey optimization.
- Partner with web development and content to improve SEO, conversion rates, and digital user experience.
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage lead capture, nurturing workflows, and marketing automation initiatives using HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Ensure accurate lead tracking, segmentation, and CRM integration.
- Support marketing-to-sales pipeline conversion through effective lead scoring and nurturing strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO planning using SEMrush
- Improve organic search visibility and inbound traffic through optimized content and search strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing impact using Google Analytics 4 and other tools.
- Develop dashboards and reports that measure campaign ROI, lead generation, and marketing effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Support marketing campaigns related to industry events, conferences, and field marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate pre-event promotion, lead capture, and post-event marketing follow-up.
- Integrate event-driven leads into marketing automation and CRM workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5 years+ experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital advertising, SEO, and marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Experience with SEO research and competitive analysis tools such as SEMrush
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting platforms including Google Analytics 4
- Experience optimizing landing pages and digital conversion funnels
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in B2B services, CX, outsourcing, or technology-enabled industries
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Experience supporting industry events or field marketing programs
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website analytics
