Job Summary:

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. This role supervises accounting staff and ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports

Monitor and review accounting transactions and journal entries

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Train, guide, and evaluate accounting staff

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
3 years or more of work experience in a supervisory level.
Experience in an automotive dealership is an utmost advantage.

A strong team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Officer 365
CPA is an advantage.

Goal oriented and works effectively and efficiently even under pressure.
