Who are we looking for:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are expected to lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and managing inventory and resources.- Lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and managing inventory and resources.
- Conduct briefing of warehouse personnel and discuss issues, concerns and targets.
- Direct, coordinate and review work plans for assigned tasks of team leaders.
- Conduct physical inventory count (partial and grand SO).
- Monitor and prepare shrinkage, damaged, crossed items, returns and BTA/BK.
- Ensure adherence to the correct processes and that all staff are trained in these processes.
- Read e-mails and address concerns from stores, merchandising and other departments.
- Ensure display area is full in preparation in the next day picking activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or in a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
- In-depth understanding of picking, warehousing/logistics.
- Knowledge of current principles and practices of warehouse operations.
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications including inventory reporting.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Willing to be assigned in Light Industry & Science Park III, Admin Bldg., Barangay San Rafael, Sto. Tomas, Batangas
