About the role
CTT.Synergy Corporation (BUILTAMART) is seeking a Human Resources Assistant Manager to join our growing, dynamic team. As part of the team, you will be doing an end-to-end HR Process that will cultivate your knowledge and skills as an HR practitioner.
YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Do the recruitment and onboarding process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, job offers, and orientation programs.
- Assist in performance management efforts of the business.
- Create employee engagement activities, events, culture-building, and organizational development.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports to support data-driven decision making
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee events and initiatives that foster a positive company culture
- Do timekeeping, payroll, and handle compensation and benefits, and rewards management.
- Facilitate labor relations, employee welfare, and address employee concerns.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources generalist or officer role.
- Graduate of HR-related courses, Behavioral Science, or Psychology.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Willing to work on-site and in multiple locations.
