MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Planning & Production of New & Institutional Promo – Expert in the Plan-Do Check-Act process for programs assigned. Delivers results through self or others in a timely & accurate manner

• Promo and promo campaign planning & proposal
• Production
• Creative and Artistic conceptualization – SSmail & other promo design templates
• Effective Communications – Internal and external launches, promo communications, mechanics and content management
• Provides regular and timely analysis of reports, forecasts, recommendations & updates to institutionalized promotions
• Independent & Productive internal collaboration with stakeholders
• Trade & competitive information

1. Administrative Functions

• Ensures timely execution of mailing, blast messaging and distribution / communication of mailers to concerned departments
• Coordinates with Admin Department on matters related to service providers & procurement
• Ensures cost efficiency and good management of budget vs expenses
• Ensures ready response to inputs and comments beyond a regular work schedule plus assignment to work on project teams
• Ensures documentation compliance for all programs, where needed

1. Quality Control Functions

• Ensures accuracy of information and of creative execution in all communications & reports:
• Print & digital materials (SSMail, Viber/message blasts, emails, etc)
• Ads posted on Facebook and website
• Colors
• Holds all information absolutely confidential

1. Research

• Does routine customer/sales surveys for researches as dictated by the needs of the department

• Assumes buddy's responsibilities in their absence
• Trains new hires with functional knowledge, pertinent to areas under job scope
• Helps build spirit of team camaraderie
• Performs other trade marketing duties as assigned, with particular emphasis on cross assignment to events
• Goes the extra mile willingly, to meet team objectives
