Laticrete Philippines Inc. is looking for a creative, results-driven, and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, generate quality leads, and support business growth across digital and traditional marketing channels.

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Develop engaging marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate product launches, events, trade shows, and company marketing activities.
• Manage social media platforms and work closely with the Digital Marketing Associate to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop marketing materials and support lead generation initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, printers, and other external partners.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.
• Experience in organizing events, promotions, and product marketing is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
