The Accounting Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The role supports the finance department in managing day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations.Monitor and record daily financial transactions accurately.
Assist in payroll preparation and processing.
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Ensure timely filing of accounting and tax-related documents.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain organized and accurate accounting documentation.
Support internal and external audits by providing required records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
Coordinate with departments regarding financial and accounting concerns.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
MUST BE BSA/BSMA/FINANACE GRADUATE; EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY; KNOWLEDGEABLE IN TAX FILING AND OTHER GOVERNMENT RELATED COMPLIANCES, RELIABLE, HARDWORKING AND EFFICIENT.
