About the role
STUDYHUB ENRICHMENT AND TUTORIAL CENTRE' is seeking a full-time Support Tutor to join our team in our centre located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will provide one-on-one and small group tutoring support to students across a range of academic subjects to help them reach their full potential.
What you'll be doing- Provide individualized tutoring and academic support to students across a range of subjects including Mathematics, English, Science, and more
- Develop and deliver engaging, student-centred lesson plans and teaching materials to cater to diverse learning needs and styles
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents on their academic performance
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to implement educational best practices and continuously improve student outcomes
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, progress, and other relevant data
- Attend regular team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance your teaching skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a tutoring or teaching role, preferably with primary or secondary school students
- Strong subject matter expertise in core academic subjects such as Mathematics, English, Science, and others
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all types and learning levels
- Creativity and adaptability in developing and delivering engaging lesson plans and teaching materials
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience
