Sales Consultant
About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Consultant who will drive business growth through effective client engagement, market expansion, and product promotion within the food canning manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with technical understanding of food products and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
Identify and engage potential clients in retail, wholesale, and institutional markets.
Present product lines and negotiate contracts in compliance with FDA and food safety regulations.
Coordinate with Production, Marketing, and Finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate costing.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support product development.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for audit and management review.
Maintain strong client relationships and uphold company standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of food industry compliance (FDA, HACCP, GMP) is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Goal‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
